If the unfortunate happens and you have an accident we would like to assist you in every possible way and make the process as painless as possible.
Our 24 Hour Accident Assist service, 1800 443 003 allows you to call anytime, and be answered by one of our professionals, who will organise to pick up your vehicle and tow to our premises.
We can assist in your insurance matters and repair queries, and help you manage your claim. We can also advise you to choose an insurance company that respects your choice of approved Mercedes Benz repairer.
Upon request we will, pick up and deliver as a complimentary service.
We will also organise a Mercedes Benz replacement vehicle if the third party is found to be at fault. If your insurance company does not include rental vehicle cover, and you are at fault we can provide a Mercedes Benz rental vehicle, ask for our competitive rates.
We can also organise servicing of your vehicle, by your preferred dealership, if required while your vehicle is with us for repairs.
